A space odyssey focused on a dysfunctional group that tries to unmask a public figure beloved by the population, who, however, turns out to be a tyrannical politician, and also the father of our protagonist.
A Safe Space was a project produced through crowdfunding in 2024. I was invited to work on this comic book to create thumbnails, covers, promotional posters, and some final artwork.

The thumbnails are the first visual step in the work. In them, we explore all the ideas and plan the narrative. There were 7 issues, 308 pages, and a beautiful challenge to create.
Some specific sequences required a different visual style, and I was invited to finalize the pages for those sequences, all in black and white with red elements highlighted.
When I started working on this project, all the main characters had already been created, but new members joined along the way. Here are some of the extra characters I created.
The covers were designed for the Kickstarter project, in wich anyone who supported the project would receive all the comics with complementary covers.
